Our Cellar has an established tradition! It once belonged to the actor Oskar Sima, who started his career in the 20th Century in Silent films. Hundreds of roles followed in the inter-war, war and post-war periods.

His hobby was the Vineyard at Bisamberg, which was managed by the Friedbergers. The wine was then served in the cellar, often to prominent guests, including many famous actors, as shown by the still-existing guest book. Now, life is finally returning to the cellar which has been silent for so long…
